All classes begin with a 5 min trainer lead short cardio exercise routine for a total body warm up that gradually revs up your cardiovascular system by raising your body temperature and increasing blood flow to your muscles. The warm up prepares your body for the rest of your workout and lessons your risk of injury. Whether you are punching the heavy bag, running or squatting you will be ready to take on the class with 100% gusto.

This is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic strength and conditioning boxing workout designed to build lean muscle, shred kilos and get your backside in tip-top shape, all while increasing your agility, balance and stability. We incorporate plyometric exercises, medicine balls, free weights and more. Think lunges and jump squats while focusing on correct form and technique to give you the ultimate gains.


Our signature class! It’s the perfect heart-pounding, sweat inducing, endorphin rushing HiTT class, designed to get you unbelievably fit, by punching our 5 foot heavy bags with trainer lead combinations in short intense bursts. This is followed by short active recovery periods, these periods may involve push ups, burpees, sprawls, split jumps… you get the idea…. This class will get your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time. Buckle up, this class will be your scale’s biggest rival!


This cardio blast workout combines all aspects of boxing and fitness into one action packed class. While punching the heavy bags, you will build endurance, spike your heart rate, and sharpen your boxing skills and technique. You will learn the importance of timing and coordination while getting yet another full body explosive workout, and most of all you won’t even notice the gains you are making, as you will be having so much fun!


Finish your full-body workout by doing a 10 min trainer lead strengthening and toning abdominal workout designed to define your core. Strengthening your abs will improve your punches, your balance and protect your back from injury and help you feel super fit! Stretch out those well used muscles, reduce muscle fatigue, and prevent muscle soreness so you can recover faster and be back in the gym ready for your next full body workout the next day!!
